The Policy Research Institute for the Region (PRIOR) was established by Princeton University and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs to address the public policy issues facing New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. PRIOR’s diverse portfolio of regionally focused programs and research generated a variety of publications.
