Lorenzo Moreno is a senior researcher at Mathematica Policy Research with over 21 years of experience designing and directing large-scale impact evaluations of domestic and international social programs. He participates in a study of  economic development in El Salvador and early childhood education in Chile. Recently, Moreno evaluated incentive-based initiatives to increase providers' adoption and use of health IT in Medicare.  Prior to working at Mathematica, he focused on population dynamics in Latin America for the U.S. international development agencies, development banks, and foundations.  Ph.D., M.Sc.
