Jean Baldwin Grossman
Jean Grossman is senior vice president for research at Public/Private Ventures (P/PV), a nonprofit research organization that studies policies and programs for the nation’s disadvantaged citizens, especially its youth. She has over 25 years of experience evaluating programs for funders, program operators, and advocates. She is an expert in evaluation design and is currently doing research on after-school and youth mentoring programs. She has spent her career evaluating U.S. social programs of all types--health, employment and training, welfare, dropout prevention, teen pregnancy prevention, and youth programs--tailoring the evaluation designs to suit the demands of different program situations.
