Her research interests include international political economy, the politics and foreign policy of Japan and the European Union, and the study of international organizations. She is the author of Food Fights Over Free Trade: How International Institutions Promote Agricultural Trade Liberalization (Princeton University Press, 2003), and is now completing a book manuscript about how domestic institutions influence the choice of trade negotiation strategies and WTO adjudication cases. Her research has been published in the American Political Science Review, Journal of Politics, Comparative Politics, International Security, and World Politics. Ph.D. Harvard University
