She is responsible for directing the activities of the Office of Graduate Career Services in the placement of first-year MPA students in summer internships between their first and second years, the placement of MPA, MPP, and Ph.D. students in permanent jobs, the placement of graduate students in work-study assignments, and career services assistance to WWS graduate alumni/ae who return to the job market. In that regard, she organizes the annual recruiting visit schedule, authors job and work-study announcement memos, and provides general guidance and advice. She joined the WWS Office of Graduate Career Services in September 1974 and provides a personal and institutional memory for the office of both placement and alumni contacts.
