Thanassis Cambanis MPA '00 Critiques New Book on David Petraeus MPA '85, PhD '87
On January 27, 2013, Thanassis Cambanis MPA ’00, fellow at The Century Foundation, authored a critique for The New York Times Sunday Book Review on a new book about General David Petraeus MPA ’85, PhD ’87.
The book, “The Insurgents: David Petraeus and the Plot to Change the American Way of War,” (Simon & Schuster) was written by Fred Kaplan.
Cambanis is slated to participate in the 11th annual Princeton Colloquium on Public and International Affairs, being held on May 3 and 4, 2013. Hosted by the Woodrow Wilson School, this year’s theme is titled, “Challenges to U.S. Policy in the Middle East."
