Dr. Frank Newport, Editor-in-Chief of the Gallup Poll, will discuss public opinion polls as the 2016 state presidential primaries get under way. He will also discuss the recent controversy over the use of horse-race polls and Gallup's decision to focus on issues and voter priorities instead of forecasting election results.
