Heather Howard, a Lecturer in Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School, was featured as a guest on "The Week in Health Law," a podcast hosted by Frank Pasquale of the University of Maryland's Francis King Carey School of Law, and Nicolas Terry of the Hall Center for Law and Health at Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Howard spoke about the work of the State Health Reform Assistance Network and State Health and Value Strategies programs and the current and future landscape of state innovation under the Affordable Care Act, including consideration surrounding potential opportunities under Section 1332 State Innovation Waivers available to states.
