What I love about Woodrow Wilson School students is how they don't just passively observe but rather actively engage with the world. Here, I engage in dynamic policy debates with my peers and professors, and listen to panel discussions and guest lectures by world-class experts on world events as they unfold. I have the opportunity, through our policy task forces and independent research, to implement the knowledge and skill sets I've gained to identify real-world problems and seek sustainable solutions. In this school, the classroom walls extend outwards to encompass the world. (Hometown: Vancouver, British Columbia)
