The Journal of Public and International Affairs (JPIA) is a joint publication of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA) and the Woodrow Wilson School. It is a scholarly publication exclusively presenting the work of graduate students from professional schools of public and international affairs. Now in its 17th year, the JPIA provides a unique forum for students of public policy to present their research and analyses in issues of concern to them. Published annually, it is also an opportunity for professional exchange, collegial interaction, and cooperative academic effort among the members of APSIA.
