In an attempt to streamline the handling of grants and related subcontracts within the school, the WWS grants office has been decentralized. Currently all faculty with an affiliation to a particular WWS center/program are to contact the center/program manager for assistance with all matters concerning new or existing proposals and grants. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Drafting of proposals and budgets
Entry into the applicable sponsor accepted electronic or paper format
Proposal submission via COEUS to appropriate school and university offices
All grant revisions and modification, no cost extensions, etc.
Grant invoice processing and approvals
Close outs and final reports

Faculty home based in the WWS but not associated with a center/program or persons with questions about whom to see may contact Bob Leckie, WWS Finance Director or Lisa Owen, WWS Financial Analyst. Jointly appointed faculty without center/program affiliations whose home department is not the WWS, are to contact their home department administrators for grant assistance.
