Office of Financial Management
Financial Reporting - Access to University Financial Systems
Each administrative unit, center, program, faculty member, or faculty assistant is asked to reconcile their accounts each month. To this end, all program managers, faculty members, faculty assistants, and others responsible for monitoring any project grant need to be given access to view their financial statements and transaction information on the University's Information Warehouse.
Access to University financial systems (Peoplesoft Financials, Information Warehouse, and Labor Accounting) for the Woodrow Wilson School project grants is granted by Robert Leckie, Finance and Budget Director, 8-4834, rleckie@princeton.edu. Principal Investigators of research projects automatically receive access to their project as they are assigned by ORPA without the department having to request it.
Training on using the Information Warehouse is available through OIT. Class offerings can be found on the OIT Training Opportunities site. The purpose of these classes is to allow you immediate access to account information and in no way encompasses all of the search options available to you. Please contact The Financial Management Office if you have specific questions regarding use of the various financial reports available.
If you require help in setting up a spreadsheet to track your expenses, or desire some training on account reconciliation, please contact the Finance and Budget Director at 8-4834 or the Associate Dean for Operations at 8-9724.
