US-China Relations and Issue of Climate Change" subject of Lieberthal talk, Nov. 30

Kenneth Lieberthal, Director of the John L. Thornton China Center and a senior fellow in Foreign Policy and Global Economy and Development at Brookings Institution, will present a public lecture titled, "US-China Relations and the Issue of Climate Change" at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 30 in Dodds Auditorium, Robertson Hall, on the Princeton University campus.
Lieberthal served as special assistant to President Clinton for national security affairs and senior director for Asia on the National Security Council from 1998 to 2000. His government responsibilities encompassed U.S. policy toward Northeast, East and Southeast Asia. He is also the William Davidson Professor of Business Administration at the Ross School of Business; the Arthur F. Thurnau Professor of Political Science, Distinguished Fellow and Director for China at the William Davidson Institute; and Faculty Associate of the Center for Chinese Studies at the University of Michigan.
