Cluster Printing
In order to reduce the amount of wasted paper in wws clusters, WWS has implemented a print accounting system called Pharos UniPrint facilitated by OIT.
When you print to a UniPrint-managed queue, the document will not automatically come out of the printer. You must "release" the job using the computer labeled PRINT RELEASE STATION, which is located next to the printer you want to use.
This system has been installed in all the WWS clusters.

WWS Printers

WWS Cluster printers now use the OIT All_Clusters queue. Please see OIT Knowledge Base article 8239 to configure for your personal computer. To install carrel printers, follow instructions in OIT Knowledge Base Article 8912. |

WWS Cluster printers are configured to print duplex (double-sided). If you want to print single sided, you must change the settings in printer properties in the print dialog box, or in the printer properties in the Printers and Faxes control panel applet.
Students may change toner cartridges. If there are no cartridges in the cluster, please notify the WWS Help Desk
