OIT recommends and supports the MyFax service as a way to send/receive faxes directly from your computer. MyFax is a convenient Internet service that lets you send and receive faxes through your e-mail.

It is possible to add a digital signature to a fax received through MyFax so you can resend it without printing it, signing it and scanning back to pdf.  See Digital Signature for instructions.

The University has created a corporate account with MyFax for faculty and staff so that billing can be centrally managed.
