Undergraduate Career Services
Facilities - Faxes, Phones, & Computers
Fax Machines
WWS Undergraduates have access to a fax machine in the Undergraduate Program Office (114 Robertson Hall), during business hours, to send and receive fax transmissions regarding public service job and internship searches. Fax transmissions should not be longer than five pages. That fax number is 609-258-2649. The fax machine in the PRC is exclusively designated for graduate student and WWS staff use.
Telephones
Undergraduates may use the telephones on the second floor of Robertson Hall for public-service job and internship searches. Students are assigned a telephone PAC code each year and must enter the code when making calls. Undergraduates pursuing graduate study or private sector opportunities should use their own, private telephones for all such calls. The telephones in the PRC are exclusively designated for graduate student use. Guidelines for telephone use can be found in the WWS Student Handbook on the WWS web page.
Computer Terminals
The two terminals located in the PRC are available for public-service internet job and internship research. The terminals are not attached to a printer. WWS students have access to computer clusters on the lower level of Robertson Hall.
