The University Public Events Calendar was launched in Spring 2010 replacing WebEvent which will be retired at the end of the Spring semester. The Calendar uses two University programs, Resource25 (R25) and Roxen to store, deliver and display event information.

Unlike WebEvent, event information is not posted directly to the Calendar by individual users. The event information is first entered to R25 and then delivered to the calendar. WWS space is assigned and entered into R25 by the WWS Business Office. When reserving WWS space for a WWS event you will have the option to publish the information to the Calendar. Please use the WWS room reservation form when reserving WWS space.
