Purchasing Office Equipment & Supplies

Equipment

All office equipment (including copy machines and faxes) purchased for the School, research centers and programs, and administrative offices must be discussed with and purchased through the Business Office. This coordination allows the School to manage service and repair issues, take advantage of purchasing discounts, maintain accurate University-mandated records, and assess and meet School equipment needs.

Supplies

The Business Office provides a wide range of office supplies .  These supplies are available for faculty and staff and are to be used to support School-related classes, research and other functions.  Special order items and request for large quantity office supplies, will be charged to specific purpose accounts, such as faculty research accounts and center accounts.  Please see the list of supplies you can find in the Business Office.  Supplies are not available to students.  Student research or teaching assistants who need supplies should make the request through the faculty member (or his/her support staff) for who they work.
